PRACTICE AREAS
John practices primarily in the area of mortgage banking litigation, with an emphasis on borrower origination and servicing disputes, wrongful foreclosure defense and banking law. Prior practice experience includes real estate litigation, professional malpractice defense, business litigation and representation of bankruptcy trustees. John has also served as general counsel for a commercial leasing company where he negotiated financing for secured transactions.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Coaching football and soccer, teaching religion, and studying Civil War-era history.
