PRACTICE AREAS
Colt practices primarily in the area of mortgage banking litigation, specializing in lender liability, foreclosure trustee liability, loan servicing disputes and unfair debt collection defense. Prior practice experience includes general liability defense, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and intellectual property.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Colt serves as an attorney mentor for the Boyd School of Law student mentoring program. He also volunteers as a judge in moot court competitions and student oral arguments held at the law school as well as high school forensic tournaments.
