Eric M. Schiffer, Esq. graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Irvine in 1992 and received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1995. While in law school, Mr. Schiffer was a member of the Moot Court competition team, received the American Jurisprudence award in Legal Research and Writing (Appellate Advocacy) and the Outstanding Achievement Award in Law and Literature. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Robert M. Takasugi, of the U.S. District Court, Central District. In addition to all California state courts, Mr. Schiffer is admitted to practice before the Southern and Central Districts of the United States District Courts for California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
