KELLY ANDREW BEALL is a 1988 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara
and a 1992 graduate of McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. He was
admitted to practice in the State of California on December 14, 1992. Mr. Beall is
also admitted to practice before all United States District Courts of California and
the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Beall’s practice areas include lender liability defense, foreclosure trustee
liability defense, loan servicing disputes, title disputes and unfair debt collection
practices defense. He also has experience in handling escrow, real estate commission
and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Beall’s past practice also concentrated in the
area of debt collection for both real estate and commercial creditors. He also has
extensive experience representing community/homeowner’s associations in debt
collection, covenant enforcement and general counsel matters.
Mr. Beall is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar
Association’s Creditor’s Rights section and Phi Delta Phi. He also served as the
Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Creditor’s Rights section in 1998
and 1999. Mr. Beall also obtained his California mortgage broker’s license in 1999.
Mr. Beall has served as a panelist for the California Mortgage Bankers Association
(CMBA) and at other default servicing conferences; speaking on such topics as
foreclosure practices, foreclosure surplus fund distribution, mortgage elimination
schemes and unlawful detainer/eviction practices. He has co-published articles
entitled California Collection Law: Start to Finish and California Foreclosure and
Repossession. Mr. Beall has also lectured on California debt collection law for the
National Business Institute (NBI) in 2004.
