Mr. Chang graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of
California, Riverside, in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of
Law in 1997. While a law student, Mr. Chang worked as an extern for the Honorable Judge Kathleen March at
the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District and the Land Use Division of the Los Angeles City
Attorney’s Office. Becoming a member of the California State Bar in 1997, Mr. Chang is admitted to
practice before all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court in the Central,
Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. In 2004, Mr. Chang also received his Real Estate
Broker license from the California Department of Real Estate. Mr. Chang has considerable litigation
experience in the areas of general liability, construction, real estate and mortgage banking matters.
