Samuel A. Wyman has been a senior partner at Wolfe & Wyman LLP since the firm's inception
in 1994. His practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular expertise in insurance,
construction, and real estate matters.
Mr. Wyman has received the coveted "AV" rating by MARTINDALE-HUBBELL, which is the highest rating available by this
prestigious organization. In 2004, Mr. Wyman was named a Southern California "Super Lawyer" by LAW & POLITICS and
LOS ANGELES MAGAZINE. Super Lawyers are the top 5% of attorneys in each state, as chosen by their peers and through
independent research.
Mr. Wyman has litigated numerous cases to verdict before juries, judges and private arbitrators throughout the

The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is of particular interest to Mr. Wyman. In addition to mediating
hundreds of claims as a litigant, he has earned a post-graduate certificate in mediating litigated cases from
PEPPERDINE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW, the No. 1 law school in the nation for ADR studies. He has also served as a
court-appointed mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court since 1999 and is sought after as a private
mediator in the local community.
Mr. Wyman is a graduate of the UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, DAVIS where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the UNIVERSITY OF THE PACIFIC, MCGEORGE SCHOOL of Law where he was a
competition finalist, and later served as an instructor, in the school's National Moot Court competition.
Mr. Wyman has served as adjunct professor at CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, LONG BEACH in their expert witness
certification program and has been a frequent lecturer to clients and industry groups, including one of the nation's
largest providers of continuing education (Lorman Education Services) on California Construction Defect Claims. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation and Construction Sections), as well as the Orange County and
Los Angeles County Bar Associations (Litigation Section). He is also a member of the Southern California
Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Wyman is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States
District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
