| Mr. Shaham graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Middle Eastern Studies where he received Departmental Honors. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2000. Mr. Shaham has extensive bankruptcy litigation experience representing creditors, creditors' committees and bankruptcy trustees in Chapters 7 and 11 proceedings. He also experienced a wide variety of state court business, commercial and receivership litigation.
Mr. Shaham is a member of the State Bar of California, U.S. District Court, Central District Court of California,
Financial Lawyers Conference, Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Mr. Shaham's practice areas include lender liability defense, foreclosure liability defense, loan servicing disputes,
title disputes, debt collection and other commercial litigation.
