| Ms. Vandale graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the
University of California, Irvine in 1991 and received her law degree in 2005 from Whittier Law School, where she
graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Vandale was a member of Whittier Law Review and served as Notes and Comments Editor. Ms. Vandale also served as a Teaching Assistant and was an active member of the Public Interest Law
Foundation.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Vandale spent 11 years working in the consumer industry, specializing in risk
management and lien documentation.
Ms. Vandale's practice areas include lender liability defense, foreclosure liability defense, loan servicing
disputes, title disputes, debt collection and community/homeowner's association representation.
