Stuart Wolfe to Present Calif. Mortgage Banking Litigation & Unfair Trade Practices Act Reform
Update at 2004 CMBA "Western States Legislative, Regulatory & Compliance Conference
Stuart B. Wolfe, of Wolfe & Wyman LLP, will speak at the 2004 California Mortgage Bankers Association's Annual "Western States Legislative, Regulatory & Compliance Conference."
The November 8, 2004 conference in Newport Beach, California is presented by the CMBA's Legal Services Committee. Stuart Wolfe's presentation will focus on California legislative and ballot initiative efforts to reform the state Unfair Trade Practices Act (Bus, & Prof. C. sec. 17200) and provide a comprehensive report on California litigation developments impacting the mortgage banking industry.
