Practices for Resolving Recurring Loan Servicing Problems Without Litigation at 2005 MBA

Stuart B. Wolfe, of Wolfe & Wyman LLP, will speak at the 2005 Mortgage Bankers
Association of America's Annual "Natioanl Mortgage Servicing Conference & Expo."
The February 20-23, 2005 conference in Orlando, Florada is presented by the MBA's Loan Servicing Committee. Stuart Wolfe's presentation will focus on recurring loan servicing problems and how to solve
them without litigation. This will include an examination of cost-effective best practices for
foreclosing on property held by someone fraudulently using the identity of another, dismissing
"loan & lien avoidance" schemes and complaints, resolving erronious lien reconveyances &
releases, and resolving many other topical problems.
Joining Stuart Wolfe for the
presentation will be Ronald M. Morrison, Esq., General Counsel and Executive Vice President, of
