Professional Activities
Michael is a long time “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.  He brings over 40 years of extensive experience in civil litigation in Nevada State and Federal Courts.  He has managed, directed and litigated thousands of civil lawsuits on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His clients have included a vast array of individuals, businesses, governmental entities and insurance companies. Michael has been lead trial counsel in over 120 jury trials.

Michael has been a Pro Tempore Judge in the Nevada Short Trial Program for 15 years.  He has also served as a “judge” in the Trial By Peers Program of Nevada’s juvenile court.  He has spoken at numerous seminars and classes over the years involving the practice of civil litigation.

Hobbies and Interests
Michael describes himself as an avid mountain, street and motor bike enthusiast with a passion for hiking, snow skiing and travel.  He is a happy husband, a proud father and a joyful grandfather.
